ALEXANDRIA, Virginia – Firefighters and EMS Fund will be attending Fire Department and Instructor’s Conference International in Indianapolis on April 8-13, 2019.

FDIC International offers 34,000+ fire and rescue professionals from 65+ countries around the world. They will learn and share with their peers through hallway conversations and recharging passion for the industry.

Those who are in attendance are administrative chiefs, apparatus and equipment specialists, career & volunteer firefighters, community emergency response teams, company officers, EMTs & paramedics, fire academy and fire science students, fire chiefs, fire inspectors, fire instructors, fire marshals, HazMat technicians, line chiefs, training officers and more.

The mission of the Firefighters and EMS Fund is to provide a grassroots voice for firefighters across the country in the state and local political process. The mission begins by supporting ballot initiatives and working to elect political leaders at the state and local level that understand firefighters’ and public safety officers’ interests.
