Firefighters & EMS Fund Continues Partnership with FEMSA

April 1, 2020 Media and Press Releases

Ashland, VA. – Grassroots political organization Firefighters & EMS Fund has announced their continued membership with the Fire & Emergency Manufacturers and Services Association (FEMSA). FEMSA is a trade organization that offers networking opportunities, legislative advocacy education, and more for companies, organizations, and individuals that support first responders.

“We are looking forward to another year as a member of the Fire & Emergency Manufacturers and Services Association. FEMSA provides so much to its members, and it is an honor to work alongside them to support firefighters and EMS personnel,” Executive Director Nile Porter said in a statement.

Firefighters & EMS Fund is a national grassroots organization whose mission is to provide a grassroots voice for firefighters across the country in the state and local political process.

The organization supports ballot initiatives and works to elect political leaders at the state and local level that understand our firefighters’ and public safety officers’ interests. Firefighters & EMS Fund seeks to use political action to solve the very real problems that have made firefighters’ and first responders’ jobs more dangerous and thankless.

“In the past, we have attended FEMSA’s events, including the Annual Conference, and have utilized the resources that they have available to their members,” continued Mr. Porter. “We believe in the power of connection and coming together to support and advocate for our firefighters and EMS personnel. Our partnership with FEMSA will continue to build that support network up and create change for our first responders.”

Firefighters & EMS Fund is a national political organization organized under Section 527 of the IRS Tax Code. Contributions made to Firefighters & EMS Fund are not tax-deductible. Not authorized by any candidate or candidate’s committee.
